The renter Quick Questions menu includes guided walkthroughs for common tasks: how to make a payment, add a bank account or credit card, set up AutoPay, submit a maintenance request, contact their property manager, and view lease documents. Every answer pulls from the renter's actual account, so the information is always accurate and up to date.

How It Works
MRS Copilot sits in a slide-out panel accessible from any page in the platform. Click the Copilot icon in the bottom corner of the dashboard and the chat panel opens instantly. Type a question or select a Quick Question prompt, and the AI processes the request against live account data. Responses typically arrive in under five seconds.
The assistant maintains conversation context within each chat session, so follow-up questions work naturally. Ask "who owes rent?" and then follow up with "which of those are on expired leases?" and Copilot understands the context. Users can start a new chat at any time to reset the conversation.
Privacy and Security
MRS Copilot only accesses data within the user's own account. Property managers see their properties and tenants. Renters see only their own payment history, lease, and maintenance requests. No data crosses between accounts, and no account information is used to train AI models. All queries are processed securely through the platform's existing authentication and permission systems.

MRS Copilot is available now to all My Rental Spot users at no additional cost. Both property managers and renters can access the assistant immediately from their dashboard. The Quick Questions menu and free-form chat are fully functional across desktop and mobile browsers.
