No. Renter Score is entirely separate from your credit score. We do not pull credit reports or report to credit bureaus. Your score is based solely on verified rental payment history within the My Rental Spot platform.
Your score is based on on-time payment rate, payment history length, current streak, rent-to-income ratio, number of verified residences, and outstanding balances. On-time payments have the highest impact.
Only you can see your score by default. When you generate a shareable link, only people with that unique URL can view it. You can revoke access at any time from your settings. Personal contact info and current balances are never shared.
Your score is built from properties managed through My Rental Spot. Previous rental history from other platforms can be added through our verification process. Invite your landlord to join — it's free for them too.
