Add a Unit

Add units to any property in your portfolio.

Navigate to the Property

Go to Properties and select the property you want to add a unit to.

Click "Add Unit"

Click the + Add Unit button in the property's unit section.

Enter Unit Details

Provide unit number/name, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and market rent. Add a description for listings.

Set Amenities

Check off available amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, parking, balcony, pet-friendly, AC, storage, and more.

Upload Unit Photos

Add photos specific to this unit. These will appear on listings and in the tenant portal.

About unit management.

Yes. When adding a property, use the "Bulk Add Units" option to create multiple units at once with sequential numbering (e.g., 101-108).
Go to the unit profile and click Edit. Change the market rent amount. Note: active lease rent is managed through the lease, not the unit profile. The unit's market rent is used for new listings.
The unit status changes to Vacant and it becomes available for new listings. The previous tenant's history remains in the unit's records.
Yes. Go to Property Settings → Unit Configuration to merge adjacent units into one or split a large unit into separate ones.
