Setting Up
AutoPay

Never miss a rent payment. Set up automatic recurring payments, manage your payment method, and cancel or modify anytime.

Enable AutoPay

Set it up once, and rent pays itself every month.

Go to AutoPay

From your dashboard, go to Payments → AutoPay or click "Set Up AutoPay" from any payment prompt.

Choose Payment Method

Select ACH bank transfer (recommended — lowest fees) or credit/debit card. Add a new method or use a saved one.

Review Details

Confirm the monthly amount, payment date (your rent due date), and payment method. All charges on your account are included.

Authorize & Activate

Accept the recurring payment authorization and click "Enable AutoPay". You'll receive a confirmation email.

Click "Modify" to switch between ACH and card, or update to a different bank account or card number.

Pause or Cancel

Cancel AutoPay anytime. Takes effect before the next scheduled payment. You'll still owe rent manually.

Payment Alerts

Get notified 3 days before each AutoPay charge and immediately after it processes.

Failed Payment Retry

If AutoPay fails (insufficient funds, expired card), you're notified instantly to update your method or pay manually.

About AutoPay.

AutoPay charges the full account balance on the due date. If your PM adds a one-time charge (utility, maintenance), it's included in the next AutoPay.
Yes. Cancel anytime from Payments → AutoPay. Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled payment. You're responsible for paying manually after cancellation.
You'll be notified immediately via email and push. The system retries once automatically. If it fails again, pay manually to avoid late fees.
