Communications Hub
Step-by-Step Guide

Send messages, broadcast announcements, use templates, and keep a complete history of all tenant and owner communications.

Using the Communications Hub

Send individual messages, broadcast to multiple tenants, and manage all communications.

1

Open Communications

Click Communications in the main menu. You'll see all conversations organized by tenant, property, and topic.

2

Send a Direct Message

Click "New Message", select a tenant, type your message, and send. You can attach files, photos, and documents. Tenants are notified via email and in-app.

3

Send a Broadcast

Click "New Broadcast" to send an announcement to multiple tenants at once. Filter by property, building, or all tenants. Great for building-wide notices.

4

Use Message Templates

Select from pre-built templates for common communications: rent reminders, maintenance updates, policy changes, holiday notices. Customize before sending.

5

Review Message History

All messages are saved with timestamps. Search and filter by tenant, date, or topic. Use as a record for any disputes or compliance needs.
