What You'll Need

Have these ready before you start your application.

Documents & Information

  • Government-issued ID — Driver's license, passport, or state ID.
  • Proof of income — Recent pay stubs (2–3 months), tax returns, or employment letter.
  • Employment details — Employer name, position, start date, and contact info.
  • Rental history — Previous addresses, landlord names, and contact information.
  • References — Personal or professional references with phone/email.
  • SSN for screening — Required for the background and credit check authorization.

From the property listing page, click "Apply Now". Create a free account if you don't have one, or log in.

Personal Information

Enter your name, date of birth, SSN, phone, and email. Upload your government ID.

Employment & Income

Enter your employer, position, monthly income, and employment length. Upload pay stubs or proof of income.

Rental History

Add your previous addresses, landlord names, and reason for leaving. Include 2–3 years of history if available.

Authorize Screening

Review and consent to a background check, credit check, and eviction search via TransUnion. This is required by most property managers.

Pay Application Fee & Submit

If the PM charges a fee, pay securely via card. Review your application, then click "Submit Application".
