Report a maintenance issue in under 2 minutes.
From your dashboard, click "New Request" or go to Maintenance in the sidebar menu.
Choose the issue type: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliance, Pest Control, Structural, Exterior, or Other.
Write a clear description of the problem. Include where it is in the unit, when it started, and how severe it is. The more detail, the faster the fix.
Upload photos or videos of the issue. Visual evidence helps your PM understand the problem and assign the right vendor.
Select the urgency: Emergency (health/safety risk), Urgent (needs quick attention), or Normal (routine maintenance).
Click "Submit Request". Your PM is notified instantly. Track progress from your Maintenance page as it moves through each stage.
