Set up Stripe Connect to start receiving payments.
Navigate to Settings → Payments and click "Connect with Stripe".
Stripe will ask for your business info: business type (individual or company), EIN or SSN, business address, and phone number.
Enter your bank routing and account numbers, or use instant bank verification through Stripe. This is where rent payouts will be deposited.
Stripe may ask for identity verification (photo ID). This is a one-time requirement for fraud prevention.
Once approved, you can immediately start collecting rent. Set up Payment Collection for your properties.
💡 Tip: ACH bank payments are free for both you and your tenants. Credit/debit card payments have a 2.9% + 30¢ fee that can be passed to the tenant or absorbed by you.

See every payment, refund, and payout with timestamps, amounts, and tenant details. Export to CSV for accounting.
Choose who pays card processing fees — you or the tenant. ACH payments are always free.
Link different bank accounts for different properties. Route owner payouts to separate accounts.
Stripe provides 1099 forms for tax reporting. All transaction data is available for export.
Stripe handles all payment card data. My Rental Spot never stores credit card numbers.
